Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new client opportunities for Stover Services. This is a remote, commission-only position with payment earned upon successfully booking new clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and other prospecting channels

  • Qualify leads and direct them to our intake form

  • Communicate the value of Stover Services and tailor messaging to client needs

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and progress

  • Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and improve conversion rates

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (B2B preferred)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-starter who can work independently and hit activity targets

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, email prospecting, and CRM tools is a plus

  • Comfortable in a commission-only structure

Compensation

  • 100% commission-based

  • Paid per successful client booking

  • No cap on earnings
