Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new client opportunities for Stover Services. This is a remote, commission-only position with payment earned upon successfully booking new clients.
Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and other prospecting channels
Qualify leads and direct them to our intake form
Communicate the value of Stover Services and tailor messaging to client needs
Maintain accurate records of outreach and progress
Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (B2B preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter who can work independently and hit activity targets
Familiarity with LinkedIn, email prospecting, and CRM tools is a plus
Comfortable in a commission-only structure
Compensation
100% commission-based
Paid per successful client booking
No cap on earnings
